President Paul Kagame has shared Rwanda’s stand on people who commit several crimes and countries that give them safe haven and try to defend them when they are brought before the court of law.
During the launch of Kwibuka27 national commemoration week, the president also said “We will be happy to be criticized for doing what we have to do, and believe that we have to do, against these acts against us.”
