Celebrated girl band Charly na Nina has said that 2019 is set to be a very busy year with collabo and international gigs.
The face to face hit makers disclosed the information live on Dunda, KT Radio’s evening program when they had come to drop their new 2019 single dubbed Uburyohe.
“We have many plans this year which includes gigs outside Rwanda and collaborations with local and regional musicians. For example, we are working with Prix Decouvert winner Yvan Buruvani on a project which is in final stage,” says Nina Muhoza.
The girls ended 2018 year topping charts with their hits like I do featuring Bebe Cool as well as performances in very many end of year shows including the famous East African party.
Although they got many plans for 2019 year, it might be hard for them to complete after axing their iron hand manager Alex Muyoboke who helped to shape their music career.
Their current song Uburyohe came out with video and they plan to continue producing songs with both audio and video because they believe it keeps music fans hooked.
Charly na Nina started their music career as backup singers for many local artists especially in Guma Guma competition.
Later in 2015 Alex Muyoboke signed 5years contract with the girls and skyrocketed their music career with their first hit single dubbed Indoro featuring Burundian talented singer Big Farious.
They boost of songs like Bye Bye, Mfata, Zahabu and Owoma featuring Geo steady from Uganda which even gave them two Hipipo awards.
