In July this year, the Human Right Watch published a report where it said that Rwanda executed innocent civilians. The fabricated claim shouted a lot until it reached people the organization claimed they were killed by security organs.
Some of them were recorded in a video where they said they are concerned by ‘f’ake’ claims.
