This afternoon, Dr Edouard Ngirente was sworn in as the next Prime Minister of Rwanda after his appointment by President Paul Kagame, August 13, 2024.
Ngirente who was also Prime Minister of the outgoing cabinet was sworn in at the Rwanda Parliament before the 5th parliament also taking oath.
