Kalisa Jamil Hamilton
After unveiling two Uganda Crane legends as the new club’s coaches, As Kigali Football club has signed Rwandan midfielder Kalisa Jamil Hamilton who penned a two year contract with the Citizens from Uganda premier league based Vipers.
Kalisa is the first signing of Citizens in this year under Mike Mutebi who took over as head coach two days ago.
The former Bright Stars joined the Vipers in 2020 on a four-year deal but he failed to command a starting place in the Vipers midfield.
Kalisa started his career with National Sports Academy, after he joined Lungujja Galaxy and bright Stars in 2018/2019 season before signing for Vipers a year later.
Kalisa won also the Futsal Super League MVP for the 2017/18 season with Dream FC.
