After a successful performance at One Africa Music Fest, New York City leg, The Ben is now gearing up for a second leg of the tour slated to take place in Dubai come 15th November.
The Vazi hit maker is already rehearsing and he has vowed to make use of superstars at the festival to promote local music as well as networking.
The R&B sensation told KT Press, that he is more than ready to raise Rwandan flag higher musically.
“It’s a big festival full of superstars and I have been practicing hard to show them that Rwanda is much blessed musically. My performance in New York was well appreciated by both people and fellow artists, so I want this to be the best,” says The Ben.
He added: “You know I am the first artist from Rwanda to participate in the festival, so I’ve got to do what it takes to cement our position at the festival which is much dominated by West African musicians.”
The Ben will share a stage with 23 Africa’s most talented artists like Wiz Kid, Burna Boy, Davido, Diamond, Kenzo, Harmonize, Tekno, 2Baba, Vanessa Mdee, Jah Prayzah and Akothee, King Promise, Nady, Nhatty Man, Lil Micheal, Linah, Tiwa Savage, Zlatan, Teni, Southila.
Nigeria’s songwriter and singer Banky W famous for working with international superstars like Ne-yo is the host.
The Africa’s biggest festival will take place at Festival Arena, Dubai festival city.
The concert is under One Africa Music Festival which takes place annually in both Europe and Africa. The festival attracts thousands of African music fans across the globe, entertained by Africa’s music giants.
The 1st show took place in August 10th, New York (USA) and it was graced by world renowned music producer Wycleaf Jean.
The festival’s agenda is to promote African music as well as giving platform African artists to network and mingle with their fans.
