Marie Michelle Umuhoza is the new RIB Spokesperson
Marie Michelle Umuhoza has been appointed the new Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB)’s Spokesperson replacing Mbabazi Modeste, the body announced in a tweet this evening.
Umuhoza was on Monday, November 19, 2018, appointed Investigation analyst during an Extraordinary Cabinet Meeting chaired by President Paul Kagame.
On the same day, the cabinet meeting had appointed the outgoing Spokesperson Modeste Mbabazi and the Communication analyst.
